Most hotels are franchises and are owned by private owners. First call the 1-800 number and ask if there is a trucker's rate. If that don't work call the front desk during the morning and ask to speak to the GM or Manager on duty. Ask him if you can book your rooms directly with him (not through the franchise website) and explain that all of you employees will come to that location when traveling etc. The owners have the power to give you whatever rate they want.
